You’re welcome, Derek! Certainly, you may check your pages that dwell on positions 11-20 and try to give them a slight boost by adding internal links to them.

Like most I tend to just do the internal linking while creating the article. Having read this I am thinking it is perhaps something to review and do twice yearly or even quartlerly for bigger sites.

Before, I’d have had no idea about what pages to get more internal links. I can, now say looking for those that are ranking well on page 1 to help boost them up the rankings and to maintain their rankings. I am also thinking a little look on what is on page 2 and try pull them up to page 1.
